Use of Artwork

• I have the rights over your commission, as I can use it to promote my work on social media and/or any other platforms, as long as rightfully identified as commission work. However, I can’t use commissioned work for merchandise, such as art prints and art books (unless I have your written consent).• Commissioned work can be used however you see fit but CANNOT be edited, traced, duplicated or claimed as your own. If used on social media or shown in public it MOST be credited!• You’re NOT ALLOWED TO SELL my work and commercial use ISN’T ALLOWED unless discussed and agreed beforehand (note that prices will be much higher in this case).• You’re NOT ALLOWED to feed my art into any kind of AI engine or sell it as a non-fungible token (NFT).

Commission Details

• Commissions will be sent over to you via WeTransfer.• Commissions can take up to a month to be finished (if in some case I need more time I’ll inform you as soon as I can).• I will update you on your commission three times:
As a finish the first sketch and base color to assure everything is as planned, at this point three major changes are accepted;
As I’m working on the already approved sketch to confirm previous changes, at this point two minor changes are accepted;
As the artwork is practically complete, at this point one minor change is accepted.

Payment

• Full payment upfront to confirm queue.• Currently the only payment method I offer is PayPal or MBway (Portugal only).

Refunds

• Unless I feel the need to cancel due to work or illness commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE (*see disclaimer on commission prices for more info).

You can commission me trough a google form at the end of this page or via ko-fi (on special request/occasion). Before commissioning me please read my Terms of Service!

Character sheet with full body + character expressions/poses

Disclaimer

• Commission prices vary depending on complexity and other criteria (Ex.: 40€ - 80€). The final price will be issued through the confirmation email.• There will be applied additional fees for every character added (+50%).• Character design commissions require special attention and therefore require sequential approval.• I might request for additional visual reference if needed.• Please mind your way of treating others as I can and will refuse/terminate a commission if I see necessary!
